…Says it’s too late for Senator Agege to betray them for Catholic Church
A trending video of Igbe juju worshippers on social media is now causing ripples in the Catholic Church, which recently claimed that the All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in Delta State, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege is a baptized and confirmed member of the Orthodox Church.
The Igbe worshippers sang and danced to special songs composed in honour of their member and spiritual leader, Senator Agege, wishing him victory in the forthcoming governorship election on Saturday should he emerge as governor on Saturday 18th of March, so that a gigantic Igbe Marine shrine can be elected in Government House Asaba
The Igbe juju chief priestess who spoke in Urhobo-Orogun language berated the APC governorship candidate for denying his Igbe Marine spirit religion because of election, pointing out that it is ridiculous for Senator Agege to worship with them from his childhood and in the same token claim to be a member of the Catholic Church to get votes of Catholic church members through the back door.
The Marine Spirit priestess declared that it is too late at this point in time for Senator Ovie Omo-Agege to repudiate their earlier agreement to erect a shrine in Government House should be become governor, saying that Igbe worshippers will fulfil their part of the bargain by using marine lowers to install Agege as the next governor of Delta State.
In swift reaction to the trending video and the threat of the Igbe Chief priestess, Delta State campaign council spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olorogun Barr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, assured that as the Lord Jesus liveth, the altar of Government House Chapel cannot be replaced with Igbe Juju Shrine.
He said since Delta State was created over 30 years ago, the Government House Chapel remain a place of prayers, praise and worship, adding that the altar will keep burning with holy fire of God as Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori of the PDP assume office as governor on May 29, and as Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa’s able successor.
Oghenesivbe, a member of Mouthain of Fire and Miracles ministries, MFM, and Executive Assistant on Communications to Delta State Governor, noted that Okowa administration has partnered tremendously with the Church of God and sponsored the highest number of Christian Pilgrims to the Holy land of Israel and Jordan, assuring that the incoming governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, will sustain and improve on the cordial relationship between government and the body of Christ in the State, to the exclusuon of Igbe marine worshippers.

“God will not allow Agege’s Igbe juju community to quench the burning fire of God in Government House Chapel altar. Deltans owe their total spiritual allegiance to God Almighty and we shall continue to dwell in the secret place of the most High God.
“We urge Deltans and voters to vote PDP and Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, an ordained elder of the Living Faith Church, aka Winners, so as to keep the Awesome hand of God upon Delta State and citizens,” Oghenesivbe added.
