The National Chairman DC-23 and Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Delta Central Senatorial District,Chief Sen Ighoyota Amori JP has cautioned the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District and Delta State to shun violence in the spirit of the celebration of Christmas and cross over into the new year 2023.
Chief Amori in a goodwill message to marked the 2022 Christmas, affirmed that love is a great asset to make tangible progress in any human society, adding that,the birth of Jesus Christ is all about the celebration of God’s love for humanity.
“Every celebration of Christmas is a special moment to renew our commitment and drive to promote peace and work in love with people around us.Christmas goes beyond merriment,we must have the consciousness that Christmas is a time to show love, forgiveness and allow the peace of God to abide with us.
Christmas is a time to shun every kinds of violence capable in breaching the collective peace of our society and completely eradicate actions that work against the fellowship of true friendship and love.
Love is a great asset to make tangible progress and it is good for everyone in Delta Central Senatorial District never to undermine the importance of working and sharing in love.
