COEM,NYSC MEMBERS PAY A ROYAL HOMAGE TO MOSOGAR MONARCH,HRM. SUNDAY ODOGU OKPURHE, UDUAKA 1.

The Governing Council of College of Education, Mosogar ably led by its Chairman,Rt. Hon. Chief Lovette Idisi and Provost,Dr. Israel Imide paid a royal homage to HRM. Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka 1, Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom,today 27th October,2022 in his Palace, Mosogar Town,Delta State.

The visitation was to familiarized the Principal officers of the school with His Royal Majesty and also build on existing relationship between the institution and Mosogar Kingdom, being the host community.

Speaking during the visit,the Chairman of the Governing Council,Rt. Hon. Lovette Idisi congratulated His Royal Majesty, Uduaka 1,over the successful and peaceful installation as new Monarch of Mosogar Kingdom.

He further used the opportunity to commend Mosogar Kingdom for creating the enabling and conducive environment for the smooth running of the school.

Speaking shortly,HRM. Sunday Odogu Okpurhe,Uduaka 1, appreciated the Governing Council,Staff and Management of the College of Education, Mosogar for the wonderful visit,while he assured that Mosogar Kingdom under his reign will continue to support the peaceful running,growth and development of the institution.

Also,His Royal Majesty received serving Corp members in Mosogar Kingdom from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

The Corp members who came in numbers,said their visit was to congratulate and received Royal Blessing from HRM. Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka 1, Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom.

Principal officers of the College present includes; Rt. Hon. Chief Lovette Idisi (Chairman, Governing Council),Dr. Israel Imide (Provost),Dr. Nathaniel Ethe (Deputy Provost),Mr. Felix Okuwhere (Registrar),Mr. Oghenedoro Ugbune (Member Governing Council),Mr. Simon Fole (PRO) and others.

Those who joined His Royal Majesty to received the visitors includes; Chief Freeborn Nana (Ugo of Mosogar),Chief Daniel Akpeni Edafeghwara,Chief Silver Anuwa (Secretary Ovie-In-Council),Hon. Richard Ofenor,Mr. Abel Jessia and others.
