Over the years,the antecedent of Chief Sen Ighoyota Amori JP and Chief Hon. Chris Onogba in Delta State politics is unprecedented.This is shown in their character and discharge of duties through well coordinated leadership prowess in bringing the government closer to the people via effective representation bearing the interest of the people at heart.
The people of Delta Central today lives in fear as a result of insecurity in the area ranging from robbery, kidnapping and attacks from Fulani herds men which have bedevilled the area in the last decade paving way for hunger and untold hardship as the women are now scared of going to the farms and business men scared of travelling to market,to purchase new stock of goods or products without been kidnapped or rubbed .
During Chief Amori’s time as Honourable Commissioner for Education, Education was given a face lift and became a priority ,through his efforts,education became affordable and accessible to children of the common man and that is why most kids from a poor home were able to scale through primary education to tertiary level,the learning environment then was made so conducive through provision of various educational infrastructures and teaching personnels,well supervised under the ministry of education to achieve the desired result across the state.
Learning materials were made available at a no cost charge ,the height of it was the establishment of 3 tertiary institutions which were then made affordable to all but today, cost of these institutions has gone beyond the reach of a common man.
Before now,Delta Central Senatorial District,have the best road network but today all the existing roads are now bad and no one is talking about their repair not to talk of constructing new ones.
In the last few years,unemployment has taken another dimension in Delta Central,forcing our youths into involving in various crimes.Our youths who suffered and painstakingly go to school, graduate and end up riding Okada or Keke without job,which led to the popular slogan “School na scam” because employment is no longer guaranteed after education these days young men and women no longer see education as the key to living a comfortable life ,when there is no employment hunger becomes inevitable and hunger at its peak is the foundation of crime and crime leads to destruction of life and rise in hooligans in the society.
Haven identified these problems highlighted above the next question is who can go and speak for the people ,who can bring these desired changes ,who can put his/her interest behind and fight for the people .Here I will confidently say Chief Amori and Chief Onogba remained the answer.
Even when they haven’t occupied any electable positions for years they have shown their abilities in providing security to their people,they have shown they are capable for securing employment for the people ,they have shown they can provide social amenities and infrastructures for their people ,they have shown their abilities in providing good and quality education to their people ,even as a councilor Amori provided water to streets and many communities and as an appointee Onogba provided culverts and open canals, built drainages for vulnerable areas to flood.in terms of employment Amori and Onogba has facilitated employments of so many people in the aforementioned areas.

A vote for Amori and Onogba is vote for quality Education
A vote for Amori and Onogba is a vote for security.
