Urhobo born Engr. Emmanuel Audu Ohwavborua has been appointed as acting Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC)
Engr. Ohwavborua hails from Eku, Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
His appointment became necessary after President Mohammadu Buhari disengaged the appointment of the Interim Administrator of the commission.
