OHWOFASA 2023: AMORI ROLL OUT 5-POINT TRANSFORMATION AGENDA FOR DELTA CENTRAL.

The Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Delta Central Senatorial District,Chief Sen Ighoyota Amori JP has rolled out 5-point transformation agenda for Delta Central Senatorial District in the coming general election.

Chief Amori who is the only popular candidate with wider acceptability by the people and best qualified to usher Urhobo Nation to pathway of unprecedented progress,growth and development through people’s oriented legislative representation,due to his leadership pedigree, unveiled the manifesto early hours of Sunday 11th September,2022

The Urhobo political leader has demonstrated high intensity, capacity,voltage and charisma with enormous sagacity, vigor and temerity to fully translate the Urhobo dream and project into reality.

He is not a neophyte in national politics,so he’s well prepared to implement all his development al template for the betterment of the good people of Delta Central which he captured “Agenda For Delta Central Senatorial District”

“My desire to represent my dear Urhobo nation. Delta central senatorial district at the senate national assembly come 2023.

I pledge to be the embodiment of the true URHOBO SPIRIT of selflessness, responsibility, fairness, courage, hardwork and commitment to Social Justice.

I will leave no stone unturned to enhance the growth and development of the senatorial district.

Special attention to be paid to:

This will be achieved through:

Sponsoring and Co-Sponsoring relevant Bills and Motions that will impact positively on the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District
Facilitating gainful employment and access to poverty reduction schemes of the Federal, State and Local Governments.
Having a good working relationship with the state government to spread and ensure that Delta central benefits from democratic dividends of the state at all times.
Attracting Investments and encouraging the establishment of Small-Scale business concerns to utilize the abundant raw materials and manpower in Delta Central Senatorial District.
Championing literacy excellence at all levels of Education through financial support for students in full-time study.
Promoting ICT capacity among the Youths, upscaling access to Technology in Schools, and Poverty Skill acquisition with Starter – packs.
Support for Health Care Institutions, Orphanages, HIV/AIDS advocacy and general Health related Campaigns.
Agriculture, the mainstay of Delta Central Senatorial District Economy will be given holistic attention. Aside from support to Farmers through purchase of seedlings, implements, insecticides and equipment for primary processing, working with other levels of government. I will ensure that our farmers get their fare share of available resources and opportunities.
Arts, Culture, Music and Capacity – building initiatives will be supported and promoted to empower our artisans, artists, and other creative minds, Institutions and Activities.
Projecting and embodying a firm, respected, consistent and informed Voice in the Senate.
Forging and maintaining a positive working synergy with the Leaders, the Youths and Community Organization.
Community Development program including market development and small credit scheme to benefit Market Women.
Establishing a functional Constituency office in all the federal constituency that makes up Delta central senatorial district to enhance access to all.
Prudent utilisation of senatorial Funds for genuine, people – focussed, transparent and verifiable projects and programs.
