The National Chairman of DC-23 and Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Delta Central Senatorial District in the 2023 general election, Chief Sen Ighoyota Amori JP has congratulated Former Federal Minister of Information, Prof (Chief) Sam Oyovbaire as he marked his 81st Birthday Anniversary.
