Sen Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared winner of the All Progressive Congress Presidential Primary Election.
Tinubu who doubles as the National Leader of the party, got 1,299 votes, his major opponents, Amaechi and Osinbajo secured 316 and 235 votes respectively.
The Senate President, Ahmed Lawan got 152 votes while the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, scored 47 votes.
Tinubu emerged the candidate of the party having defeated the Senate President,Sen. Ahmed Lawan who was earlier anointed by the National Chairman of the APC.
