The Executive Assistant On Communication (EAC),to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State,Barr. Fred Latimor Oghenesivbe has been fired over recklessness and insubordination.
Barr. Latimor who is known as “Eagle’s pen” was relieved of his appointment in a letter signed by the Secretary to the state government,Chief Patrick Ukah early hours of today.
Patrick Ukah further asked him to hand over all government properties to the Permanent Secretary, Directorate of Government House and Protocol.
Recalled, Latimor in the last few days has fired several letters accusing the Governor and the Government of nepotism, favouring only Delta North.Most recently was his rejection of 25kg RE-BAGGED rice sent to his office,saying the government is doing everything to undermine his office
