……..As Amori Promise To Keep The Kingdom Together, Awaiting The Return Of His Majesty.
Today, Sunday 21st November 2021, the Children ( 1st Son & 1st daughter / siblings) of HRM Samson Okiriobo Imoyi Omene PhD Urhie1,The Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom and Omene family led by Chief Felix Oboko Imoyin- Omene and Dr Wilson Odafe Imoyin-Omene visited the “Otota” (Prime Minister) of Mosogar Kingdom, Chief (Sen) Ighoyota Amori (JP) to present a letter to him on behalf of the Omene family.
The content of the letter was not disclosed as the “Otota” said he will only respond to the letter after he would have read and digested it according to Mosogar Tradition.
He commended the Omene family for the peace and tranquility the Kingdom has enjoyed since HRM travelled abroad and transmitted authority to the “Otota” Of Mosogar Kingdom before he returns. He promised to keep the Kingdom going until his Majesty returns according to the tradition of the land. He further enjoined the good people of Mosogar to maintain peace until his Majesty returns.
The Children of HRM, Prince Darwin Omene, Prince Fabian Omene, Princess Leticia Omene Otomewo were led by Chief Felix Oboko Imoyin-Omene, Chief Dr Wilson Odafe Imoyin-Omene, and accompanied by Mr Faith Eferegor, Mr Steve Emeje, Mr Sunday Emoghene and Mrs Emoghene, Ms Stella Ogbakpah,Asst Controller of immigration amongst others.
On ground with the Otota to receive the Omene family were Chief Paule Ojarikre(Ugo of Mosogar), Chief Sunday Okpurhe, Chief Freeborn Nana, Chief (Pst)Christian Onogba, Chief Col O.C Akporokah, Chief Obukohwo Ugbune, Chief Vincent Okporua, Chief Anthony Uju, Chief Festus Aboloko, Chief Victor Orovwighose, Chief Anthony Irevwi, Chief Ejiro Enatsemi, Chief Silver Anuwa (Secretary Ovie-in-Council) and Chief Bennard Abinoko (Asst. Secretary Ovie-in-Council).
It was a very colourful ceremony as the entire ceremony was conducted in a very joyful mood.
We are proud of our Otota and HRM Children/Omene family for today’s event.
