The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ethiope West LGA of Delta State,Hon. Solomon Obareki JP has congratulated Prince (Hon) Onoriode Umukoro (SSA to Gov. Okowa on Political Matters) on his doctoral conferment by Cornerstone Christian University Atlanta,USA today 20th November,2021.
Hon. Obareki in a statement described Prince Umukoro as a bossom friend and brother,who has given unwavering support towards the success of the party in the local council.
