The Honourable Commissioner for Environment, Hon Chris Onogba has felicitated with His Excellency Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan as he clocked 67.
Hon Onogba in a statement described Uduaghan as a good leader who has set a good pace for development and unity in Delta State.
Hon. Onogba who served as a commissioner for BRACED Commission under the second administration of Dr.Uduaghan, prayed that God almighty continue to protect his former boss as he celebrate his birthday.
