DARE To DREAM AGAIN

When is it justified for you to give up on your dreams?
When you get discouraged and frustrated or disappointed?
Or
When you actually get it regardless of how long it takes?

Well, I know none of us would agree that frustration or disappointment is a good enough reason to let go of something. But are we being sincere here?

Don’t you feel justified for abandoning that project or quitting that job?
Don’t you feel justified for choosing to shut down that business?
Don’t you feel justified for disembarking on that dream?

At least you tried, it just wasn’t working.

Well, I can tell you that from last year till this point, I’ve been struggling with the justification for leaving many of my dreams behind.

I had very good reasons to be justified for quitting…
Yeah, just like everyone of us…

The reasons spanned from;
*Lack of time
*Lots of stress
*Lack of resources, and
*Lack of faith.

For me, it was every of these four. I was in final year, broke, stressed, and destabilized. There was seamlessly no way my dreams could survive amongst this.

However, I tried to push for a while before I gave the last push and finally signed out.

I know I’m not the only one who has given up on dreams because of frustration. The state of the country isn’t even helping matters, it will take twice your normal effort to really achieve anything. But you’re either an achiever or a mediocre, so which is it for you?

Regardless of the scales and fears that made you quit your dreams, dare to dream again.
Running away will not kill the flame that the dream initially ignited in your heart.
You either go for it or continually pity yourself and regret your decision to quit.

No matter how long you’ve silently buried that dream, I’m writing to tell you; it’s not too late to pick up that dream and brush off the old scales.
Dare to Dream again.

That you didn’t achieve it initially doesn’t mean that it’s not meant to be; if not there will be nothing like the phrase; “start again”.
Failure gives us the chance to start again.

The difference between starting again and starting afresh is that when starting again, you get the chance to revisit the beginning with experience and an overview of the end.
You failed at a project, you can always start afresh with the experience and sure knowledge of potential pitfalls.

Give yourself the chance to start that major project again.
Have the courage to go after your dreams. Forget about what people will say. Life is too short to live on ” What ifs?”

Find your river of passion and Bury your head under it! Fight until to get it. Hold unto that dream, yes! You can make it happen! I’m rooting for you!💪💪

PSS: I’ve missed writing to you. 😁 However, it’s such a delight to finally put my thoughts out here after many struggles. I might make this a series… I just have so many things to say on this subject. Well, till I write you again. Go pick up that dream!😊
