Ethiope East PDP Holds Enlarge Meeting Of All Inclusiveness.

Urged Members To Be More Committed To The Course Of Advancing The Party At The LGA…….

Ethiope East PDP under Hon Felix Ejovwoke Erhimedafe as the Chairman had an enlarge meeting of LGA Excos / Leaders in order to forge a common front towards the 2023 general elections.

The Chairman In his message to all Excos and Leaders present from the 11 Wards urge members to preach party unity. He said members should take the unity of PDP Ethiope East LGA as their utmost priority in all that the do. He also stressed on the need for all leaders across the 11 Wards to work together in order to deliver PDP 100% come 2023.
The Party Chairman thanked all leaders for the support they gave to the party in the just Concluded Local Government Election.He also stressed on the need for the party excos from the ward to the national level not to attend any forum or pressure group meeting.He therefore urge all Exco to remain neutral as 2023 draw close so as not to be seen as being biased or having a defined support for a particular aspiration.

The State Organising Secretary of PDP Delta State Chief Onoriode Sunday , The Local Government Chairman Rt. Hon. Ofobrukueta Victor, Chief Faith Majemite, Chief Gabriel Omajuwa, Chief Fred Sohwo, Prof Andrew Ekakitie, among other leaders on their part lay emphasis on the need for party members to see the game politics in the way it is. In their words, We are politicians and must always put the principles of the game into our action(s). As politicians we are in constant struggle for position (s) and no two persons can occupy such position(s) at the same time thus we must learn to put aside all the bitterness and grudges the moment a candidate emerge as the flag bearer of the party and give our total support to the party’s candidate(s) whether it meets ur personal interest or not because someday it shall be your turn to be supported towards an election.

Other Speakers who spoke in the meeting also stressed on the need for party’s unity, peace and love among Leaders and followers as we are one PDP under one Leadership

Highlights of the day’s meeting was the vote of explicit confidence passed on the Executive Governor of Delta State Sen.Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, PDP State Chairman Barr. Kingsley Esiso , Ethiope East Local Government Chairman Rt. Hon. Pharmacist Ofobrukueta Victor . It was also agreed in the meeting that for the main time LGA monthly general meeting will be rotated round the eleven wards in order to Foster unity among members of the party and also help in building the various wards.

The State Organising Secretary Chief Sunday Onoriode set the ball rolling by announcing that his Ward ( Ward 3 Oria Abraka) will host the PDP general meeting for June,2021.
