It was a celebration of historical inclination and age long brotherliness as Chiefs of Mosogar and Oghara Kingdoms gathered at Mosogar Palace to bid HRM Samson Okirhioboh Imoyin-Omene,Udurhie1,Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom farewell as part of the activities marking the 21-Days Rites of Passage.
Oghara Kingdom Chiefs who came in multitudes to take part in the funeral rites of the departed Monarch,were humbly received by the Chiefs of Mosogar Kingdom.
Speaking during the ceremony,the Unugbrogodo of Oghara (Ogharefe),High Chief Stephen Egbivwie said the long tie between the two Kingdoms is sweeter than sugar and honey,so therefore nothing can break the two kingdoms mutual allegiance to each other.
He added that Mosogar and Oghara is one and will continue to be one alongside their Idjerhe brothers.
He further prayed for the two kingdoms to continuously work in harmonious understanding and relationship,and God to blessed Mosogar Land,as they honour their king.
Oghara Kingdom Chiefs took Mosogar by surprised as they on behalf of Oghara Kingdom ,played their part in the burial of His Majesty.
